**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Load Planning and Dispatching**:

- Plan and schedule shipments of auto parts using Trans plus Fleet Manager and other logistics portals.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time to avoid delays and ensure efficient delivery.

2. **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipment statuses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure the availability of parts.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.

3. **Vendor and Carrier Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

4. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on shipment performance, carrier efficiency, and inventory levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

5. **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with customers regarding shipment statuses and delivery schedules.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in load planning, dispatching, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and portals such as Trans plus Fleet Manager, Ryder Portal, AOD, Penske, RXO, Load Link, DAT, NML, 3PL, and Expedite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
