The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Staffing & Payroll Coordinator to manage recruitment, training, scheduling and placement of employees within Stadium Operations & Security at IG Field.

A Staffing & Payroll Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding procedures.

The goal is to ensure that the Winnipeg Football Club’s Stadium Operations & Security staffing requirements are always met and the employees work in a friendly and supportive environment.

What you will do:

- Hire and schedule over 150-200 Security and Stadium Operations employees
- Lead in preparation and execution of orientations and training plans
- Assist with payroll and administrative operations
- Manage communication with employees

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with hiring, onboarding and scheduling of employees is an asset
- Experience with payroll administration is an asset
- Housekeeping or building operations experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with quick decision-making skills
