We are a busy heat treating shop located near Vancouver in Southern BC and we are looking for Heat Treat Production Supervisors.

We are growing rapidly and advancing our systems and technology all the time. We need people with experience who can think on their feet and help us move forward.

- Controlling and monitoring heat treat furnaces and following written procedures on work instructions.
- Time management to meet work deadlines while incorporating production, maintenance, and administrative requirements.
- Supervisory experience, including training, implementing safety procedures and coordinating work activities.
- Hands on experience working with thermocouples; sensors; recorders etc.
- Working knowledge of Heat Treatment Specifications
- Preparing work for processing; loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, racking parts in baskets etc.
- Hardness testing
- Preparing reports and interpreting technical documentation

**You must be able to**:

- Work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain a flexible schedule to work rotating shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $35.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
