**Summary**

The Art Production Supervisor plays an integral part of the day-to-day operations of our art manufacturing team. Our Production Department manufactures made to order hand made wall art for our customers. With 7000’s items in our product line, the Art Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all items are manufactured within brand and quality standards, as well as ensure that production lead times are accurate for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure Quality Checks are completed daily, and Production Plan updated accordingly
- Recommend operational changes to reduce costs
- Work with management to plan and control activities in production department
- Ensuring safety guidelines and policies are being followed
- Assessing risks in the workplace
- Monitor the quality of manufacturing
- Ensures the production plans are completed on time and are ready to ship
- Ensuring monthly inventory counts are completed on the 1st of each month
- Other tasks as required
