Our people are our best and most important asset and through the development of this incredible team of people along with the growth of our business, we are now seeking to add a Production Supervisor to our team.

As a member of our Operations Team, reporting the Plant Manager, this position will participate in supervising and directing all personnel involved in producing, manufacturing, fabricating, and packaging of products, while following all safe working procedures, company policies and protocols.
- **This position will be required to work both morning and afternoon shifts on rotation with another Production Supervisor. **_

**A Snapshot of the Day to Day**:

- Oversee and direct the production team members in the daily production operations per the production schedule.
- Monitor ongoing jobs, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet schedule targets; ensure that all production targets and standards are achieved.
- Work with our maintenance team to ensure equipment is maintained in good operating condition, troubleshoot and address breakdowns, and monitor equipment parameters.
- Complete reporting and documentation requirements.
- Verify final product quality and ensure product specifications are correct.
- Train, monitor, and assess the performance of your production team members.
- Ensure the safety of your team above all else, adhering to WorkSafeBC standards.
- Other job-related duties and special projects, as assigned.

**What You Bring**:

- Grade 12 Diploma
- Minimum of 4th Class Power Engineer certification
- Fluent in the English language - able to understand, speak, read, and write English, including production and technical reporting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating production machinery.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Great organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to problem-solve under time constraints.
- A drive to continuously improve.
- Experience and a passion for working in a culturally diverse environment.
- A safety-first mindset.
