The position of Outside Sales Representative is for the West GTA region ( Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan & Barrie)
SUMMARY: Responsible for developing business and services clients and distributors in a specified geographic region
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generates and develops value-added business with existing clients to meet specified production goals
- Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing clients, assuring all existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations
- Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, warm calls, cold calls, qualifying leads, and customer service
- Closely interacts with customer service and compliance team
- Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
- Grows existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and generates maximum revenue on long-term basis
- Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis
- Monitors new product launches and develops strategy to promote new products within the territory
- Analyzes existing and anticipated client needs and promotes company services to meet such requirements
- Manages the preparation and implementation of sales and business development
- Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations and internal paperwork for new customer proposals and presentations
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Plans and manages sales territory
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed
- Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings
- Implementing, maintaining and auditing sales and merchandising programs of our suppliers or our company
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
