**Overview**
Reporting to the Owners, the **Parts Coordinator **is responsible for maintaining parts stock, quoting orders, managing back orders, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, including ensuring that invoices and other billing issues are handled promptly. Performs routine inventory inspections and ensures that it can meet shop delivery requests. When inventory is running low, orders shipment of parts to ensure they are on hand. Responsible for inventory, check-in/out tools, equipment, and ensure that we have the supplies and information to keep our equipment available.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we are looking for:
- Mechanic knowledge is a must
- Excellent stamina
- Impeccable work ethic
- Ability to think and react to various tasks quickly
- Perform physically demanding laboring functions
- Ability to perform light to medium lifting as necessary
- Create and maintain a close relationship with suppliers to actively process parts orders
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, electronically, phone and in person
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Reliable, hardworking, and strong attendance records
- Open to work long hours
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid Class 5 License and personal drivers abstract
- Must live in Canada to apply
**Responsibilities**
As an NLU employee, you play a very important role, as you are responsible for the organization and care of the shop and the equipment required in every project. Throughout your career at No Limits Underground you will be responsible for:
- Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, stock items, shop supplies
- Assist with price quoting, perform general filing and clerical support as needed
- Ensure purchase orders and parts invoices are properly input into the computer
- Checks prices and purchases all vehicle parts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead efforts to implement them across multiple functional areas
- Accurate and timely shipping and receiving of parts orders, and restocking of the distribution center
- Helps when fleet vehicles are in low turnback volume
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive public image of the company while complying with all NLU PPE requirements
