The Bruyère Research Institute (BRI) partners with Bruyère Continuing Care (Bruyère), the University of Ottawa and other stakeholders to conduct relevant and practical health sciences research related to medical education and improving the quality of life for the aging population and people requiring continuing care.

**Function summary**
- Responsible for the analyses of study data and study reports
- Lead meetings with researchers and stakeholders
- Prepare and format research findings (Excel, Graphs, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

- PhD or master’s degree with experience in field with significant statistical content (including epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research)
- Working knowledge of relevant data analysis software (SPSS, Excel, NVIVO) and Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, Outlook, Team).
- Extensive expertise in SPSS is an asset
- Previous experience and/or exposure to health research
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal for a variety of audiences
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment, and work in a virtual environment such as teleconferences, e-meetings and video conferencing.
- Critical thinking skills and strong ability to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and independently.
