- **Contract Management Specialist - Product Support Services**
We are searching for an exceptional Contract Management Specialist to support current processes and systems, but also improving automation and proactive reporting. Your success will play an integral role in building relationships with internal departments to make improvements on downstream issues. This position will report to the Manager, Process Optimization. This role requires cross functional relationships with internal departments such as Sales, Delivery Managers, Field Service Analysts, and Field Service Coordinators.

- **How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career**:

- Extend / Fix / Create customer contracts
- Respond to inquiries for customer contracts and TSV’s
- Reconcile customer equipment
- Reconcile customer address database
- Proactively monitor customer contracts for pending expiration and escalate where required
- Create / Maintain customer profiles in JD Edwards and Sharepoint Online
- Investigate, troubleshoot, fix, report, and coach, issues related to contracts and equipment
- Discover processes that can be automated
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring**:

- Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Sharepoint Online
- Able to take complex data and present/explain it in simple terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision #LI-RB1
