**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end contract management for assigned contracts.
- Receive and review all customer requests for proposals and information ensuring coordination with the program/proposal team. Participate in the proposal process as Contract lead.
- Review and/or draft proposed contract terms & conditions, identifying contractual and business risks, and negotiate in accordance with corporate policy.
- Maintain all contractual records and documentation in accordance with company practice.
- Ensure the proper entry of contractual data to project files.
- Provide advice to project managers and other stake holders on contract matters, including identification and mitigation of contract and business risk, as well as provide training in contract practices and procedures.
- Ensure proper internal flow down of contractual obligations and requirements.
- Monitor compliance with all contract requirements, regulations, corporate policies and best practices; maintaining vigilant oversight of program activities.
- Providing contract advice and working with various functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) in support of proposals, agreements and other activities as required.
- Keep up-to-date and ensure implementation/flow down on latest customer T&C and quality requirements.
- Draft, generate, interpret, review, negotiate, and manage complex contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage existing contracts to ensure compliance to contract terms, identify and seek adjustment for out-of-scope changes, and to mitigate risk areas.
- Review and comment on Non-Disclosure Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Dealer Agreements, Bid documents and other such agreements in the course of business.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of Contracts, legal and/or technical (i.e. engineering) background/experience.
- Interpretation, drafting, and negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization (internally and externally).
- Able to work expeditiously under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results oriented; working collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
