The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring key strategic change initiatives meet business and project objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee speed of adoption and usage. This person will work closely with the Business Leaders, Business Process Analysts, and the Project Team focusing on the people side of change as it relates to: business process, systems and technology implementation, and organizational structure. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change enablement plans that maximize team member adoption and usage and minimizes resistance, helping to establish and champion the business case for change.

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible to lead or support several projects and change deliverables simultaneously and ensure timely completion. They will also create and/or provide input to deliverables with project, training, and communications resources.

Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years as a Change Management Professional
- Experience providing change management support on technology implementations for SAP or similar CRM systems
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience in influencing business leaders towards cultural change and negotiating the introduction of new concepts
- Expertise in change management practices, principles, and methodologies – demonstrating a solid understanding of how people go through change
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and navigate through ambiguity
- Understanding of organizational change issues and challenges
- Exceptional Interpersonal and oral/written/presentation skills adaptable to a variety of audiences
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to build consensus amongst groups with differing points of view

This is a minimum 12 month contract opportunity located in downtown Toronto.
