We are currently looking for a full-time administrative assistant at our Surrey location. Hourly wage $18-$20/hour, depending on experience.

Summary:
This position is responsible for office administrative support, accounts receivable and taking and coordinating customer orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer multi-line phone system and take orders
- Assist sales department with client order processing
- Perform basic activities in Quickbooks and Protractor Software including entering sales orders, generating invoices, receiving payments, adjusting inventory, etc.
- Monitor office supplies inventory
- Photocopying, filing, printing, organizing, scanning, faxing
- Quoting, scheduling, sending Jobs
- Coordinates order shipping with customers, freight companies
- Processes daily cash, credit card and cheque payments
- Processes mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Various administrative tasks (scheduling meetings, prepare agenda, take meeting minutes, update customer lists, arranging appointments, data entry, etc.)

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in customer service an asset
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office systems and procedures
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software an asset
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer, credit card terminal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Reliable with patience and professionalism

Hours: 8AM - 6 PM Tuesday to Friday and should be able to work Saturday 9 AM-5 PM

Benefits after 3 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

- Processing expense reports
- Processing payments
- Billing

Work remotely:

- No

- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
