We are a dynamic **Architectural Millwork Shop** that specializes in complex technical work for our custom projects. We are seeking a self-motivated Junior to join our team. We have state of the art equipment that you will use to contribute to our stunning millwork projects.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Proficient in preparing surfaces for finish
- Able to work well under pressure (meet deadlines) but at the same time, produce work you are proud of (have an appreciation for quality work and fine details)
- adhere to safety standards, wear proper safety equipment
- Ability and strong desire to keep the paint equipment and the spray booth well maintained
- Tidying and cleaning up when required
- Demonstrate reliability punctuality and a team player
- Have a valid BC Driver’s License
- Experience or understanding of solid colour finishing, wood staining, and glazing techniques
- Colour matching, recording step by step procedures/recipes
- Experience in this field is an asset
- Follow Shop Policies & Procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
