**Job Summary**

Do you have a proven track record of sales in the woodworking industry of over 1M+ annually? Do you have experience selling dovetail drawer boxes or other value add woodworking related items to high end kitchen cabinet shops? Here is your chance to earn $100k+++ year 1

**Duties**
- achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- meet with clients to maximize revenue.
- Oversee account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on dovetail drawer boxes and woodworking related items is MANDATORY.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management in woodworking sales of 1M+ annual sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
