Position Overview:
Join the Finning Canada family, part of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are currently seeking Material Supply Assistants for our busy location in Red Deer, AB. The Material Supply Assistant is responsible for general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, loading of parts trucks, verifying bill of landings, shipping orders to meet strict deadlines and warehouse racking dismantling and reassembling.

**Job Description**:
- Picking customer and branch parts orders- Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment- Shipping and Receiving- Loading and unloading of the parts trucks- Other general warehouse duties as required

**Shift Work may be required in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**

Qualifications:
- Minimum grade 12 education- Previous parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset- Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG- Forklift training, and experience working with radio frequency and bar-coding technology would be an asset- A strong commitment to safety is imperative
