**360 Fitness Red Deer is hiring Personal Trainers**

We are looking to hire a personal trainer. We have a full client roster ready to be fulfilled and want to bring on a rockstar.

Our gym is a private personal training studio dedicated to personal training - comfortable, no busy times and you can focus on what you do best - changing lives

You handle the amazing personal training and we take care of everything else We handle all management, scheduling, admin, marketing, insurance and more. All trainers are employee based with great compensation, medical benefits, paid education, bonuses, paid vacation and more

**Our full time experienced coaches have the potential to earn up to $50/hr with personal training and small group training capacity.**

Our trainers help our clients with 1on1 exercise, nutrition coaching, assessments, accountability and being supportive with their goals.

We handle all the admin, scheduling, payments, marketing and back ground - you get to focus on training. What you do best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout programs for clients.
- Provide guidance and support during training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to motivate and encourage progress.
- Manage scheduling and time efficiently to accommodate client needs.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously enhance personal training skills.

**Requirements**:

- Valid post secondary in related field or provincial/national recognized certificate is a must.
- Up to date CPR and first aid a major asset.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
