The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 8:30 - 4:40 with one evening shift from 11:00-7:00 per week***

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/ Dental Receptionist.**:

- ** Experience with dental practice management software such as CLEARDent and Recall Max is considered an asset**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
