**Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
- Support Sales Consultants in completing deals, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Attract, hire, and onboard strong local talent to strengthen the department.
- Facilitate regular team meetings focused on accountability, skill development, and motivation.
- Assist in advertising, marketing initiatives, and dealership events.
- Conduct outbound calls and support lead-generation efforts to drive traffic and appointments.
- Oversee the presentation and merchandising of inventory to ensure a strong showroom presence.
- Champion customer service by assisting with escalations and ensuring resolutions that foster loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to meet performance targets and operational goals.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years in an automotive Sales Management role **OR** 3+ years in automotive sales with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Proven ability to guide, coach, and inspire a sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A track record of strong sales performance and knowledge of automotive retail operations.
- Inventory management experience is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to build meaningful customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by growth and results.
- DEALERSOKET or another CRM Application an asset.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- AMVIC license.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
