Georgian Chevrolet is looking to fill a unique role in sales to join our growing team. As part of Canada One Auto Group, a dealer group of 37+ dealerships
- with more being added to the family every year
- we are looking to add to our already successful dealership.

Our Internet Sales Specialist is responsible for two main factors; generating business for our sales team through lead conversion, and generating business for themselves with orphan customers by data mining in one of our CRM tools, AutoAlert.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales consultant, or finance manager, who is looking to do something new and exciting with their career. We have more programs, more inventory, supportive management and so much more to offer.
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service, every time.
- Facilitate and negotiate deals that leave customers feeling empowered and informed, with profitable margins for the dealership
- Convert cold and warm leads into sold customers utilizing our CRM system VIN, and Auto alert
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and inventory
- Follow policies and procedures set by the management team
- Daily check ins with management and support staff to ensure effective communication across the board
- Maintain a high level of professionalism both in appearance and behavior when interacting with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority, always
- Get customer approved utilizing dealer track, selling products and service in one convenient one stop shop
- Arranging and scheduling deliveries
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction

- Familiar with GM, Chevrolet, and Buick product knowledge
- Ability to connect with customers, through active listening and the art of conversation
- Self-motivated, with drive and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Team first mentality. If you take care of your team, your team will take care of you.
- Exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to receive coaching and feedback on presentation
- Clean driving abstract
- Valid OMVIC license

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Barrie, ON L4N 8V4 (required)
