- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are essential traits for success in this role.
