**About Us**:
Stephano Group is a family owned, Canadian food processing company. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team.

Founded in 1978, we are a private label, contract manufacturing company specializing in granola, oatmeal, bars and snack products. Our mission is to become a top producer of breakfast food and snacks while operating a sustainable business and providing enriching careers for our team.

We are looking for an account manager to join us in our mission, and support our current accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and assist in managing the sales cycle.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with existing and new clients, manage current accounts with excellent communication and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and engage in business opportunities with new and existing clients to foster revenue growth.
- Develop innovative advancement techniques and plan growth strategies.
- Negotiate and close contracts, arrange customer opportunities through collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders to propose solutions catered to each customer.
- Develop strong product knowledge and remain updated on market trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, delivering solutions and resolving challenges.
- Collaborate with customers to support daily business activities, identify and understand the needs of the customer, and deliver business proposals, presentations, reports and track sales.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in private label sales and/or sales in CPG industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and you are able to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer focused.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- Good practical knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and performs duties with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
