**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the development of our in-market medical GPT, and associated launches. This is a technical leadership role, which partners closely with the brand team and the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of valuable, technically robust, and user-friendly solutions aligned with company goals. Effective product delivery, deep technical stakeholder engagement, and team leadership are crucial. You'll ensure timely and high-quality technical delivery and collaborate closely with executives on technical strategy. **Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Partner:

- Partner with Brand Executives to translate the brand and launch plans into actionable roadmaps and deliverables that bring innovative ideas to market.
- Translate brand plans, through the ownership, development and refinement of the product roadmap and RACI, ensuring a high level of cadence by the development and engineering teams.
- Stay rigorously up-to-date with relevant technical regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to AI ethics, data governance, and security in healthcare.
- Lead the product development process from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with senior management to establish and refine product priorities, providing technical feasibility assessments and resource estimates.

Technical Product Leadership:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, development, data and data science teams.
- Facilitate highly effective technical communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Create detailed technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs to guide development efforts effectively.
- Oversee the entire development and deployment process, monitor progress, identify and unblock dependencies, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Customer-Centric Focus:

- Advocate for an exceptional and technically robust interface for doctors by partnering with designers and engineers to ensure our products meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Closely collaborate with Business Analysts to understand clinician feedback, incorporating it into iterative product improvements and future enhancements.

Effective Product Delivery:

- Ensure that product releases adhere to the product roadmap, meet stringent quality standards, and pass rigorous testing and validation.
- Make informed, collaborative data-driven decisions based on metrics and continually assess product performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical and team risks and obstacles that may affect project timelines, technical feasibility, or product success, particularly those related to development and deployment.

**Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing complex, AI-driven technical solutions to market, particularly those leveraging large language models.
- At least 1-3 years of direct experience in developing, deploying, and managing (Generative) AI technologies and machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong technical background with deep knowledge of AI development lifecycles, software engineering principles, distributed systems, web technologies, and cloud platforms specific to AI infrastructure.
- Strong strategic technical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying technical opportunities to drive business outcomes and enhance customer value through innovation.
- Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulate complex technical concepts, and influence strategic decision making.
