**We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator.**

Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcome and direct walk-in customers and vendors in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Perform clerical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness standards of office/boardrooms
- Organize and maintain information/files
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
- Assist Human Resources and Payroll department as assigned
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Strong computer skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Related experience in an administrative or receptionist role would be an asset
