The CFO Centre is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong communication & organizational skills to provide administrative, HR, legal, finance and analytical support to the CEO. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executive and contribute to the growth of our organization.

We are the Canadian & Global Market leading provider of part-time Chief Financial Officer services to mid-sized businesses. Our passion is to help those businesses that don’t want, don’t need, and possibly can’t afford a full time CFO, yet who want access to that skillset on an affordable part-time basis.

Main Job Duties and responsibilities
- Support the CEO in the performance of their role
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner (e.g., monthly communications & reports)
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars and set up schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage team & client communications including monthly newsletters and client engagement letters
- Prepare & manage events and webinars, including regional & national team meetings/conferences
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and other Human Resources initiatives
- Support marketing by assisting with data collection and analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly analysis and reports
- Edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
