About the Role

Success Home Care is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Scheduling Manager to support the coordination of our caregiver team and ensure smooth daily operations. This position plays a critical role in managing caregiver schedules, onboarding new clients, supporting staff communication, and assisting with light administrative duties.

This is a hybrid position offering both flexibility and meaningful impact in the senior home care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Shift Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Manage the master schedule using ShiftCare, including real-time coverage for open shifts, cancellations, and staff call-outs
- Maintain up-to-date employee availability records and proactively follow up with staff regarding shift confirmations
- Ensure all scheduled staff receive timely shift instructions and know their responsibilities for each assignment
- Confirm staff clock-ins/outs and follow up as needed
- Communicate scheduling updates with the Care Coordinator and escalate care-related concerns

Client Onboarding & Account Management
- Send and manage Service Agreements, intake forms, and ensure all client onboarding steps are completed
- Maintain accurate client profiles and shift documentation within ShiftCare
- Track and enter shift notes, client updates, and relevant communications

Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support the organization and maintenance of employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as availability tracking, follow-up messaging, and documentation reminders
- Provide backup for basic intake calls or inquiries from prospective clients

- Experience in home care, scheduling, healthcare, or administrative support is a strong asset
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions under time pressure
- Dependable weekend availability and flexibility during weekday afternoons

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
