**The Opportunity**

In the role of the Scheduler, you'll be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing our care team schedules while maintaining accurate time-keeping records to ensure smooth and effective operations.

**About The Role**
- Shift Type: Evenings_
- Part-Time_
- Hours: 1530 - 2330 (4 on 4 off rotation)_
- Develops, coordinates, and adjusts schedules in compliance with agreements.
- Ensures timely schedule completion.
- Maintains effective communication with Team Members
- Accurately manages computerized scheduling and timekeeping.
- Organizes electronic records and compiles data.
- Conducts daily timecard system audits.
- Review scheduling transactions for accuracy
- Validates and edits team member timecards as needed.
- Cultivates positive relationships with Residents, Team Members, Families and Partners.
- Commits to customer service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
- Experience in scheduling, preferably experience using ESP or QHR.
- Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support.

**Your Work Location**
