Arbutus Speech Therapy is excited to add a new Speech-Language Pathologist to our team in early 2025

**About The Position**

Arbutus Speech Therapy is a boutique practice offering private speech-language pathology services via home-based and online sessions. We operate in the community, not in a clinic We work with a wide range of clientele and age groups, with the majority including:

- Articulation and Phonological Processes
- Accent modification and professional communication (training provided)
- Early identification and intervention (0-5 years old)
- Autistic children (pre-diagnosis, preschool, and school-aged treatment)
- Expressive and Receptive Language
- Adult Rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson disease, TBI)

As an Arbutus Speech Therapist you create your own schedule and accept clients who you feel passionately about working with. You have access to the Jane App for scheduling and clinical documentation making admin a breeze.

You focus on providing exceptional best practices for your clients because we handle all intake, initial scheduling, payment, and managing funding.

**About You**

You crave the flexibility and financial incentive that private practice can offer. Perhaps you are an experienced SLP looking to build a part-time caseload, a public health SLP looking to make a change, or a recent graduate looking to rapidly grow a full-time diverse caseload.

**You must have the following**:

- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or Conditional) Registration with CHCPBC
- A driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle
- You are located within the Lower Mainland and are willing to travel to Vancouver

**Nice-To-Haves**
- An interest in working with our youngest clients (0-5)
- Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) or open to the commitment of being supervised (1-2 year minimum)
- Experience or interest in being trained to provide services for accent modification and/or professional communication (a quickly growing part of our business model)

Pay: $85.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
