**OBJECTIVE**:
As our office continues to grow we are looking to add on an additional staff member to already terrific roster This is a F/T position.

The Dental Office Administrator shall be responsible for implementing systems to help with overall office growth. Particular attention to the schedule, treatment planning, treatment coordination, accounts receivable, occasional sterilization and chair side assisting.

The Dental Office Administrator is responsible for predeterminations that are sent and all treatment plans are followed up. All scheduled and unscheduled treatment will be tracked.

The Dental Office Administrator is responsible for clinical duties where needed if appropriately licensed.

**Knowledge of Tracker is a BONUS**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Office Administration/Patient Coordination**

Conduct Front Desk duties as needed

Treatment Coordination

1. Conduct new patient interviews

2. Present treatment plans to patients

3. Set up financial arrangements

4. Prepare patient correspondence with respect to treatment

5. Handle insurance details (predeterminations, correspondence, inquiries, etc.)

6. Explain insurance coverage to patients

7. Maintain accurate predetermination logs

8. Prepare predeterminations

9. Participate in ongoing staff meetings.

10. Prepare a monthly productivity report of presented treatment plans, accepted treatment plans and unscheduled treatment.

11. Attend and participate in ongoing staff meetings. Present your report to the entire team.

12. Support and helps implement marketing strategies.

**Tasks may also involve helping out with sterilization and the flipping of rooms

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
