FULL TIME DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR POSITION:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments accurately and maintain calendar
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and personal details
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Perform general administrative tasks

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk/administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures, phone systems, and dental terminology
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus (e.g.,LOGIC TECH PARADIGM software)
- Proficient in using computer software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
