**22 Automotive/ 22 Racing Administrative Assistant**

22 Automotive is an established automotive repair facility in Milverton, Ontario, featuring 6 service bays for all your automotive needs. At 22 Automotive, we have the highest quality equipment to efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair cars, trucks, SUVs or utility trailers. Some of the many services we provide are fleet service, A/C repair, alignments, safety inspections, general repairs, tires and wheels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily deposits / Quickbooks entries
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Record keeping and filing
- Payroll
- Shipping and receiving parts and supplies
- Monitor staff time sheets
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Monthly government remittances
- Data entry
- Other tasks as assigned by employer

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, speaking and communicating in English
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Quickbooks
- Knowledge of general office equipment; Photocopier, Printer, Scanner, etc.

Expected start date: Immediately

**Salary**: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour

Experience: Administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)

Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
