**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Service Support role will provide coverage for Retail Customer Service Representatives daily and during vacation/sick time.
- Communicate professionally and promote positive relationships with customers, Customer Service Representatives, and the Outside Sales Team.
- Schedule relief time with the Customer Service team when needed and assist in other administrative tasks.
- Follow up on pricing and samples sent to customers.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Suggest programming tools that will make department more efficient.
- Continually monitor competition for what they are offering in the marketplace.
- Attend Product Training Sessions
- Attend Customer Service Meetings
- Product cross references
- Projects as assigned

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma and 6 months experience

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**:

- Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)
- Knowledge of the plumbing, water well, irrigation, or pool and spa market would be an asset.
