**Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + 5% commission over 1M business (our current projection is $800,000 so build some business, make more**

**Duties**
- Coordinate all catering events from inception to completion, including menu planning, logistics, and staffing.
- Following up with all clients on a regular basis to promote features, increased business sales, and sourcing new clients through sales outreach relationship development.
- Supervise food preparation and service to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling processes during events, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Utilize Sales systems for order processing and tracking event details.
- Booking and Managing delivery drivers
- Assist in training and supervising catering staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event planning.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order management.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A willingness to help others and provide outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
