**THE POSITION**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Reporting to the Manager, Catering Operations, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead, train and mentor Catering staff on daily operations;
- Provide a safe working environment for both guests and employees through regular maintenance of assigned areas;
- Deliver elevated Food and Beverage service by actively engaging with guests to ensure a memorable Fan experience;
- Communicate and practice all company policies;
- Accurately tally beverage consumption sheets in a timely manner and complete daily event summary;
- Provide accurate documentation of head counts and assist with financial reconciliation of events;
- Ensure additional food and beverage products requested by the client are delivered and received by the client with verified documentation of agreement;
- Execute back of house functions for concerts and events;
- Coordinate maintenance of the function spaces and ensure cleanliness standards are exceeded;
- Supervise and lead the execution, set up and tear down of Food and Beverage catering operations in the Saddledome and McMahon Stadium;
- Review and maintain high quality of set-up, service, and follow-up for all Catering events;
- Manage all logistics of assigned events;
- Communicate with internal teams details pertaining to specific events, ongoing feedback and changes to general processes and/or procedures;
- Daily and month end inventory reconciliation, cost transfer and calculating cost of sales;
- Point of Sale work to include maintenance of the system and general updating in coordination with System Administrator;
- Drive vans and trucks for off-site events;
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role;
- Experience with Food Service POS software;
- Professional demeanor and appearance;
- Hands on leadership;
- Maintain confidentiality when working with concert acts and players;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a service minded team;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Must possess a class 5 driver’s license and be comfortable driving a company van/truck;
- Must possess Proserve certification.
