**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct informal, comprehensive assessments of physical, emotional and social needs to develop individualized support plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving functional abilities and independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech-language pathologists, psychologists, physical therapists, behavior consultants, developmental aides, and social workers/FSCD case workers
- Educate clients and their families about treatment plans, goals and strategies for improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with ACOTs requirements
- Stay updated on the latest developments in occupational therapy practices and the neurodiversity movement relevant client care

**Experience**
- A master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required
- Registered with ACOT
- Experience with pediatric settings is preferred, neurodiversity experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of FSCD terminology and processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Compassionate demeanor with commitment to providing high-quality client and family carwe

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
