Currently, we have an opening for a position as a Category Specialist - LOHA. As a Category Specialist your primary responsibility will be to support sales activities of Commercial offerings. Key interface between global portfolio teams, factories and sales area. Support PSSR, Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure the offerings readiness, provide competitive insights and create sales development plans. Drive future sales revenue targets and support promotion of value-added sales for underground operations across Canada.

What you will be doing
- Lead initiatives to grow aftermarket sales for upgrades, retrofits, rebuilds, kits and components specific to the LOHA product lines.
- Offer strategic support in the mapping of market share by product offering and opportunity analysis by customer
- Act as the primary contact between sales area teams and global category teams to support commercial offerings, including managing updates and new product introductions.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure pricing compliance with corporate guidelines during quoting processes; play an active role in formulating budgets/forecasts.
- Perform gap analysis on existing fleet to identify opportunities (including rebuilds) and work with PSSR teams to assess total potential; provide regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development and overall market share of customer base.
- Monitor and analyze fleet data to support strategy development and identify high-potential targets.
- Provide training and updates to sales personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of commercial offerings.
- Partner with local teams to develop and implement value-added solutions that simplify business processes and offer alternative approaches where applicable.

What you will bring along
- 4-6 years directly related industry experience
- System and Technical knowledge
- Experience in sales, business development or customer service environments is an asset
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- College / Trade School Diploma / University Degree
- Technical Competencies:_
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SAP, Power BI, and Excel

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders.
