**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Accurately gather detailed information from customers regarding their service needs.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing estimates, clearly and confidently.
- Effectively sell our services by explaining benefits and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently, ensuring rapid response and optimal scheduling.
- Monitor job status and maintain constant communication between technicians and customers.
- Manage and document customer interactions, job statuses, and follow-up as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints patiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dispatch, customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Assertive and confident in decision-making.
- Punctual and reliable with a commitment to arriving on-time for scheduled shifts.
