Our Economic Development Division has a new opportunity for a Business Growth Manager to join our team. The Business Growth Manager will support the City in implementing the anticipated Economic Development Strategy by supporting the retention, expansion, recruitment, and start up of businesses as the City is projected to be one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Metro Vancouver for employment by 2050.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about building strong relationships with our local business community in an effort to drive economic development programs and initiatives, and by continuing to strengthen our local business environment via supportive policies, resources, and a strategic mindset. In this role, as our Business Growth Manager you will offer insights to support our journey towards a responsible future with shared prosperity opportunities for all our residents. You will lead business outreach programs and work closely with our community economic development partners.

The City offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. This position is based in Coquitlam with some flexible, remote work options available. The City has a vaccination policy that is currently suspended.
