- Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

**Position Summary**
- The primary purpose of this role is to validate and process all payment requests to dealers, customers and vendors. The individual will support other departments of our organization concerning all questions related to account payables transactions.
- The employee may be required to review and analyze the accounts payable day line of business, prepare daily journal entries and complete certain month-end tasks.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Process disbursment (electronic funds transfers or cheques) to all our internal and external customers.
- Reconciles daily files, follows up on discrepancies, and maintains vendor files to ensure accurate entry of data.
- Processes requests of stop payments as per customer’s request.
- Order and ship files and boxes to Iron Mountain

Occasionally
- Download, format and analyze various reports in Excel format
- Preparation of the daily entries and sending them Libertyville

**Formal education**
- College diploma (DCS/DEC)
- University degree is perefered

- 2-3 years of account payable work experience

**Competencies**
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Strong attention to details;
