- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, ensuring customers understand the benefits and costs involved.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing their overall experience.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage customer records, including service history and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to the overall professionalism of the service department.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of building rapport with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair is advantageous for effective communication with technicians and customers alike.
- Sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling products or services related to automotive care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
