Dealership Service Advisor

We are looking for an **Automotive Service Advisor** to join the Performance Kia team. This position is for someone who has excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills. Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset but willing to train the right person. You will be responsible for:
- Managing all work orders and inquires
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and that each customer has a positive guest experience
- Solving customer concerns and issues in a professional manner until resolution
- Explaining all service options to customers including time and cost estimates
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Checking in customer vehicles, performing walk around inspections, and writing work orders
- Receiving payments via cash/debit/major credit card
- Working directly with the Parts Department, placing accurate parts orders for customers, and technicians
- Maintaining detailed records of delivery pick-ups
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Other duties as required
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong automotive background is an asset
- Proficient with computer systems and programs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Mandatory valid G driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn by guidance and direction

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
