Done-Rite Tire & Auto is a full-service automotive repair facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We provide vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance, and a full range of repair services.

Done-Rite Tire & Auto is one of Thunder Bay’s leading tire suppliers. We are an authorized Bridgestone dealer and carry a large selection of Bridgestone and Firestone Tires. We also stock many other tire brands you know and trust, such as Michelin, BF Goodrich and Uniroyal tires.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Service Advisor is responsible for interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their needs and providing recommendations for sales/services.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for preparing quotations for sales/services.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for creating accurate and complete work orders and obtaining customer approval before the commencement of work.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for invoicing labour and associated inventory in accordance with company policies.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for capturing all deferred work.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for placing outbound calls to customers and potential customers based on internal marketing initiatives.
- A Service Advisor is responsible for taking part in inventory counts
- A Service Advisor is responsible to pull tire inventory or lift tires into customer vehicles, when required
- A Service Advisor may be assigned other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
