Our team is growing rapidly along with our brand and we are looking for health and growth-minded people to join us at our HQ in beautiful Victoria, BC as we expand across the globe. **About the role** The **Practitioner Success Account Manager (Naturopath)** is a unique role that blends account management expertise with naturopathic knowledge to support healthcare practitioners in the supplement space. In this role, you will work directly with naturopathic doctors, integrative health professionals, and wellness practitioners to ensure they have the tools and resources to successfully implement personalized supplement solutions for their clients. Your naturopathic background will allow you to provide expert guidance on product selection, usage, and benefits, fostering strong, consultative relationships. As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for managing practitioner accounts, addressing their needs, and helping them navigate product offerings. You will also identify opportunities for growth and education, ensuring that practitioners can optimize the value they provide to their clients. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, clinical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to drive engagement and foster long-term partnerships. Your goal will be to enhance practitioner success, reach revenue targets, deliver superior customer service, and contribute to the growth of both their practice and VitaminLab. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with healthcare practitioners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. - **Account Strategy and Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand product usage, and identify growth opportunities within each account. - **Customized Solutions**: Work with practitioners to create tailored supplement solutions based on client needs, helping them integrate products into their practices effectively. - **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**: Address client concerns or challenges, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth product implementation and satisfaction. - **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to communicate client needs and feedback, ensuring products align with market demand. - **Reporting and Analytics**: Track account performance, gather insights, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on account status, sales progress, and customer feedback. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health sciences, or a related field. A Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or equivalent clinical qualification. - 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement industries. - Experience working directly with healthcare practitioners, such as naturopathic doctors, integrative health professionals, or wellness practitioners. - Strong understanding of formulating supplements, health products, or natural medicine, with the ability to explain and guide practitioners on product selection and usage. - Ability to provide product education and clinical support to healthcare professionals. - A proven track record in providing excellent customer support, addressing client concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Experience communicating complex product information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including practitioners. - Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software - Tech proficiency - Slack,, Stripe, CRM, Wordpress, Google Workspace - Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactive client engagement. - Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities **Our Amazing Perks & Employee Programs**: - Personal Fridays: Enjoy every other Friday off - Paid Vacation Time - 5 Paid Sick Days (if you need them, we have you covered) - Extended Health and Dental Benefits - Fitness and Wellness Account - Your Own Personalized Supplement Plan - Professional Development Allowance - Team Events and Socials - An opportunity to grow and make an impact on an amazing team The typical base salary range for this position is **$60,000 CDN**.
