Our team is growing rapidly along with our brand and we are looking for health and growth-minded people to join us at our HQ in beautiful Victoria, BC as we expand across the globe. **About the Role**: At VitaminLab our mission is to become the most accessible personalized supplement solution in the practitioner space. Working as an integral part of our Sales Team, the Practitioner Success Onboarding Specialist’s role is to ensure the highest level of service for new practitioners as they integrate our truly personalized supplement solution into their clinic. You will be responsible for setting up practitioners for immediate success by facilitating the roll out plan for new accounts. As a Practitioner Success Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new practitioners, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**: - This is a new role, you will be required to help set up all future aspects of the onboarding experience at VitaminLab. It is an amazing opportunity to get in on the ground and build a practitioner onboarding support solution for our organization. - You'll support and onboard new practitioners to our online portal, highlighting key features and functionality, and then track usage to ensure their goals are met. - Maximize the conversion of new practitioners into active orders ensuring company goals and KPIs are exceeded in the first 30 days and the first 90 days through 3 initiatives: clinic workflow analysis, new clinic rollout marketing activities and product content upselling. - You'll help practitioners in their day-to-day, post-implementation activities, including, but not limited to: - Managing requests between our practitioners and our team. - Anticipating possible challenges and proactively addressing them. - You are often the eyes, ears and face of the company to multiple stakeholders, so managing relationships at various levels within an organization is critical. - You'll troubleshoot issues, escalate where needed, and follow up promptly to ensure the practitioners' expectations are exceeded. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years experience in a relationship management or onboarding role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strategic leader for opportunity maximization across all accounts - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines - Ability to communicate with honesty and empathy and create the space for others to do the same - Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships - You are highly organized and have strong computer skills (Some of the tools we use: Slack, Google Workspace, Basecamp, Pipedrive, etc) - Interest or experience in the natural health industry and/or integrated practitioner market is preferred - Nutritionist or Healthcare background is preferred **Our Amazing Perks & Employee Programs**: - Paid Vacation Time - 5 Paid Sick Days (if you need them, we have you covered) - Fitness and Wellness Account - Your Own Personalized Supplement Plan - Professional Development Allowance - Remote/Hybrid friendly with Kwench access to those living in Victoria, BC - Team Events and Socials - An opportunity to grow and make an impact on an amazing team **Please include a cover letter when applying, we'd love to hear about your interest in VitaminLab and, perhaps, nutrition/wellness and why you're excited about this role** **Job Type**: Part-time
