Our team is growing rapidly along with our brand and we are looking for health and growth-minded people to join us at our HQ in beautiful Victoria, BC as we expand across the globe. **About the Role**: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. You'll effectively spearhead lead generation and customer acquisition by conducting market research, qualifying inbound leads, and initiating outbound outreach efforts. As an Account Executive, you will drive client engagement by arranging meetings and calls, securing new revenue, and providing regular performance updates to management. You will also utilize data analysis to enhance your sales strategies.Beyond acquisition, you'll prioritize practitioner satisfaction, nurturing long-term relationships with the support of our account management team. **Key Responsibilities**: **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: - Generate new business opportunities by engaging with prospective customers and proactively seeking opportunities in the market. - Utilize industry databases and online platforms to research and identify potential leads. - Assess the quality and fit of inbound leads based on predetermined criteria. - Conduct initial research on inbound leads to understand their company, industry, and potential needs. - Determine the level of interest and readiness to engage further in the sales process. - Engage in ongoing communication with inbound leads to nurture relationships and build trust. **Client Acquisition** - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective clients. - Conduct product and portal demos to showcase VitaminLab features, functionality, and benefits. - Highlight case studies and success stories to illustrate the value proposition. - Customize presentations and demos based on the client's industry, challenges, and objectives. **Collaboration and Support**: - Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to practitioners. - Works in partnership with the account management team to ensure long-term practitioner satisfaction and support upon passoff. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: - Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management; analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. - Use sales enablement tools (i.e. CRM, others) to ensure that we maintain accurate and timely customer, planning and forecasting data. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience - Three or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets - Must be available to work between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm PST Monday to Friday - Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas - Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software - Tech proficiency - Slack, Zoho, Stripe, CRM, Wordpress - Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills - Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization - 3 + years experience in the healthcare industry, including an understanding of medical terminology, regulatory requirements, and healthcare trends - Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities **Our Amazing Perks & Employee Programs**: - Personal Fridays: Enjoy every other Friday off - Paid Vacation Time - 5 Paid Sick Days (if you need them, we have you covered) - Extended Health and Dental Benefits - Fitness and Wellness Account - Your Own Personalized Supplement Plan - Professional Development Allowance - Team Events and Socials - An opportunity to grow and make an impact on an amazing team The typical base salary range for this position is between **$55,000-$65,000 CDN**. The typical first year on target earning (OTE) for this position is **$80,000+
