**Overview**

**Duties**- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing pharmacy operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and prescriptions.
- Assist in preparing and labeling prescriptions.
- Handle over-the-counter (OTC) medication sales and provide advice on their use.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling transactions.

**Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require post-secondary education in pharmacy or a related field.
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
