Open **Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm**, this pharmacy presents a unique opportunity to work in a Retail and Central-fill environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to advance their career and service a variety of clientele
- Assisting the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department and Central-fill operations.
- data entry of patient information.
- Blister packaging.
- Greeting Patients and communicating with care homes/customer.
- Third party adjudication.
- Maintenance of pharmacy inventories, through the ordering, receiving, and rotating of stock and supplies.
- Compounding of prescriptions
- Handling customer prescription pick up.
- Assist in the preparation of prescriptions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**

Technical Skills:

- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Education and Experience:

- Pharmacy Assistant experience is an asset.
- Experience with Kroll is an asset.
- Flexible schedule days, evenings, weekends and holidays
