**Position Summary**

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage a customer base of +400 accounts.
- Perform morning bank reconciliation.
- Post and deposit cheques.
- Process PAD payments.
- Balance out debit terminal for customer walk-ins.
- Ensure timely collection on customer accounts in accordance with their credit terms.
- Perform outbound collection calls to clients regarding past due payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings solely focused on collection targets and successes.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you’ll need**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- CCP designation is an asset.
- Good verbal communication skills - you will be required to make and answer multiple phone calls.
- Intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a small team environment.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.
- This is an in-office position. No hybrid.
- Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- May need to enter the warehouse on occasion, which is a cold environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
