**Job title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator**

**Description**:The incumbent will be responsible for following up on accounts with Jonview Canada Inc. clients under their responsibility and ensuring efficiency while performing all other tasks related to accounts receivable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain contact with customers (collection) regarding all balances due and with internal departments when necessary.
- Ensure that invoice adjustments are done adequately.
- Analysis and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Perform the necessary accounts receivable accounting tasks.

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the account receivables field.
- Knowledge of NAV an asset
- Bilingualism French/English an asset
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Team player and ability to support other functions in the department.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Meticulous and precise.
- Able to respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
