As a **Recruitment &**HR Coordinator**, you will support HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employer brand initiatives, benefits administration, offer letters, policy updates and special projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Partner with our hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including posting and supporting the attraction and recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure career centers, employer pages, and social media platforms are updated with compelling content and employer branding
- Assist in updating and coordinating onboarding programs for our home office, stores, and warehouses
- Provide administrative support for changes in employee status and leave administration
- Provide administrative support for benefits administration, including but not limited to employee enrollments, changes, and inquiries
- Assist in offer letter generation, stretch assignment documentation, employment letters, and other HR-related documentation
- Contribute to HR initiatives, policy updates, and special projects as assigned
- Contribute as a member of the Urban Barn People Team, to support and enhance our team member’s experience

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting a retail or hospitality brand (corporate, retail, and/or agency experience)
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ADP is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written (bilingualism in French/English preferred)
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills
- A keen interest in expanding your HR knowledge and skills
