**Securiguard **is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Recruiting Coordinator for a three(3) month contract** to join our People and Culture team As a Recruiting Coordinator at Securiguard, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

**What you would do.**
- Full cycle recruitment including reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews,
- Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of administrative duties.
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.

**What you bring**
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS.
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Supports workplace diversity.
